About the role of Interim Financial Controller

In the role of Interim Financial Controller, you will be a central link between the group's accounting function and the subsidiaries. Your focus will be on ensuring that the reporting from the companies is of high quality and delivered on time.

The role is primarily operational and involves close collaboration with finance functions in several subsidiaries across Europe. You will also work on internal control issues and contribute to the onboarding of newly acquired companies. The position involves many points of contact, and you will work closely with both CFOs, finance managers, and the group's accounting function.

Your main responsibilities:

• Ensure quality and follow up on financial reporting from subsidiaries
• Ensure that reporting is delivered accurately and on time
• Participate in internal control work
• Assist in the onboarding of newly acquired companies

About you

We are looking for someone who is a confident and self-sufficient accounting professional with a good understanding of group reporting. You thrive in a role where you can take responsibility and have the ability to create structure while collaborating with various functions.

As a person, you are communicative and unpretentious. You are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and are not afraid to ask questions when something needs clarification or improvement.

Important for the position:

• Academic degree in finance or equivalent
• Several years of experience in accounting and financial reporting
• Experience from group structures or international operations
• Good understanding of accounting principles and reporting processes
• Excellent skills in Excel
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
